Claims Allowances May 19, 2026 <br /> <br />Upon a motion by Gillian Shaw for approval second by Ophelia Gooden- <br />Rodgers, the motion carried unanimously; the Commission approved the <br />claims allowances of May 19, 2026. <br /> <br />4. Old Business <br />A. None <br /> <br />5. New Business <br />A. River West Development Area <br />1. Fourth Amendment to Development Agreement (Great Lakes Capital, <br />Madison Lifestyle District) <br />Erik Glavich, Director of Growth and Opportunity, presented a <br />straightforward amendment to the development agreement with Great <br />Lakes Capital for the Madison Lifestyle District to allow additional time <br />to finalize remaining details. The team is awaiting final IDD bond analysis <br />from Baker Tilly and completing project scope coordination with the <br />parking garage contractor. While a notice to commence was originally <br />anticipated, a one-month extension—through late June—is requested to <br />tie up remaining items.
