Refer to paragraph numbers used in the Agreement or a previous amendment for clarity <br />with respect to the modifications to be made. Use paragraph numbers in this document for ease of <br />reference herein and in future correspondence or amendments.] <br /> <br />a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />1) Conduct Preliminary Field Check (PFC)/Utility coordination meeting: <br />a) Incorporate review comments and changes from the 30% Plan review. <br />b) Distribute PFC plans and PFC notification letter to key stakeholders and <br />utilities. <br />c) Attend PFC meeting, prepare and distribute Preliminary Field Check/Utility <br />coordination meeting notes. <br />2) Prepare Final Plans (100%) Submission including: <br />a) Finalize Title, Index, Typical, MOT and miscellaneous details. <br />b) Finalize Plan and Profile details. <br />c) Finalize Final Summary and plan tables (Structure Data Table, approach, <br />seeding/sodding, etc). <br />d) Finalize cross sections. <br />e) Finalize quantity calculations, including earthwork and construction cost <br />estimate. <br />f) Finalize storm sewer and on-site detention design. <br />g) Finalize design documentation. <br />h) Incorporate geotechnical recommendations. <br />i) Submit plans and supporting documentation for review. <br />j) Address final plan comments.
