Line Stop Assemblies: <br /> <br />1. All line stop sleeves shall be fabricated to assure a 360-degree seal around the pipe under <br />working pressures up to 200 psi. The valve assembly, when in the open position shall <br />give a full unobstructed full flow waterway after installation. The sleeve shall be made of <br />ASTM A-36 steel, epoxy coated to 10-12 mils. The sleeve shall be lined and coated with <br />fusion bonded epoxy meeting the requirements of AWWA-C213. <br />E. Service Saddles: <br /> <br />1. Type: Tapped Full-Circle wrap around Stainless Steel Service Clamp. <br />2. Designed to hold pressures in excess of pipe working pressure. <br />F. Service Lines: <br /> <br />1. Water service pipe and fittings shall be Type K copper, conforming to ASTM B88 with <br />compression fittings in one (1) inch or two (2) inch diameter. <br />G. Tracer Wire: Electronic detection materials for nonconductive piping products. <br /> <br />1. Install THWN-insulated #14-10 unshielded solid copper or #14-10 steel core tracer wire. <br />Tracer wire splicing shall be in accordance with the City of South Bend Standards. <br />2.3 VALVES <br />A.
