Item 29: Pavement Striping, Thermoplastic , White <br />a. Description: This work shall consist of all labor, equipment, and materials <br />necessary to complete installation of pavement striping including cleaning and <br />preparation of pavement surface, applying primer (if required), heating <br />thermoplastic, installing markings, forming edges and transitions, protecting <br />markings until set, and all appurtenances. <br />b. Basis of Payment: Per each (EA), complete in place. <br /> <br />30. Item 30: Contingency <br />a. Description: A $25,000 contingency shall be included in all bids for unforeseen <br />conditions and will not be billed unless receiving written approval from the Owner. <br />b.
