Contract amount: <br />$2,240,000.00 <br />Oregon Steel Plate Mill, Fontana, California — Dismantled, removed and loaded mill onto truck and <br />special heavy lift flat -deck rail cars. Mill was reused in Pennsylvania. Contract amount: $1,212,500.00 <br />Soviet -era phased -array radar facility, Skrunda, Latvia — The massive 19-story phased -array radar <br />installation was part of the Soviet Union's anti -ballistic missile early warning system. Approximately <br />500,000 SF of asbestos weighing in excess of 1,000 tons was removed. Prepared columns for implosion <br />of the structure. All equipment was brought in from Europe and the project was completed during <br />winter five weeks ahead of schedule. Contract amount: $1,475,000.00 <br />U.S. Navy, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba — Asbestos Abatement at a remote military installation. Our efforts <br />resulted in the contract being completed 193 days ahead of schedule. Contract amount: $388,580.00 <br />Power generating station, Tallahassee, Florida — Asbestos -containing material was removed from the <br />boiler furnace/sidewalls, penthouse, gas duct, steam/mud drum head, expansion joints, and piping. The <br />work required cutting the outer 10 gauge steel casing off the boiler and duct work under full <br />containment from the 8-story boiler unit. Reinstalled all high and medium temperature insulation, <br />refractory brick, lagging on ducts and expansion ducts, and fabricated and installed new 10 gauge boiler <br />casing.
