Organize, plan, schedule and control <br />field work to expedite large projects to be completed within time and cost limitations. Direct and <br />coordinate the activities of employees and subcontractors in following the engineer's plans and <br />specifications. Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality control goals and safety plans. <br />Empowered for overall responsibility of major projects and exceeding client expectations. <br />1984 to 1986: Asbestos Abatement of America, Inc. — Operations Manager. Assembled, reviewed and <br />negotiated government and private contracts. Developed project administration procedures. <br />implemented safety and training programs for supervisory personnel. Established company procedures <br />to ensure corporate compliance with applicable safety regulations. <br />PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS <br />Chicago Housing Authority, Chicago, Illinois — Demolition of Class "A" high-rise buildings. Authority Wide <br />Demolition Project to date has consisted of razing six 16-story buildings and two 10-story buildings. <br />Contract amount: $5,700,000.00 <br />Fifth and Race Tower Complex, Cincinnati, Ohio — Project involved the razing of a 14-story building in the <br />heart of downtown and remaining city block of 2 and 3-story structures. Contract amount: $768,900.00 <br />J&l Specialty Steel, Inc.'s West Mills Plant, Midland, Pennsylvania — Scope of work encompassed <br />demolition, dismantling, removal, transportation and recycling of a one million SF industrial complex. <br />Project was completed 4 months ahead of schedule. This was one of the largest demolition projects <br />completed in the US in 1997 and 1998. Contract amount: $10,000,000.00 <br />General Motors Corporation, Pontiac Production Facility, Pontiac, Michigan — Major interior demolition <br />including removal of all interior general assembly, body shop and paint shop productions systems. 6,400 <br />tons of steel, patented rail, robots, catwalks, bridges, conveyor systems, header steel, hanger steel, <br />process piping, spray booths, ovens, washers, Elope system, Elope tanks, sludge system, paint piping, <br />auto flat top conveyor chain & conveyer track, drive units, take-ups, roller turns, traction wheels trolley <br />
