Remove and replace the fractured section of roof decking first story at west- <br />facing roof slope: 20 square feet of 1-inch in thickness deck boards, 300 <br />square feet of underlayment, 3 squares of asphalt composition shingles <br />covering the west-facing roof slope, and install 20 linear feet of 6 inches <br />gutter and 1 downspout. <br />C. Remove and replace the wood framing of the <br />structure; 40 each 2 inches by 6 inches rafter with 14 feet in length at 16- <br />inches on-center, 24 linear feet of 2 inches by 8 inches ridge beam, 600 <br />square feet of 1-inch in thickness decking, 600 square feet of underlayment, <br />6 squares of asphalt composition shingles, replace wood fascias and <br />overhangs, and install 24 linear feet of 6 inches gutter and 1 downspout. <br />D. Reconstruct the west CMU wall of the attached garage; replace 150 square <br />feet of 8 inches in thickness hollow core CMU (upper half of the wall), <br />remove and reset two west-facing windows, and paint the affected surfaces <br />of the west wall 150 square feet. <br />E. Reconstruct the south CMU wall of the attached garage; replace 160 square <br />feet of 8 inches in thickness hollow core CMU, remove and reset south- <br />facing window, replace 60 square feet of vinyl siding at south-facing gable <br />end, and paint the affected surfaces of the south wall 160 square feet. <br />F. Reconstruct the east CMU wall of the attached garage; replace 16 square <br />feet of 8 inches in thickness hollow core CMU, remove and replace east- <br />facing entry door, replace 16 feet wide overhead garage door, replace the <br />overhead garage door header, replace the overhead garage door trim, and <br />paint the affected surfaces of the east wall 200 square feet. <br />G. Repair the gypsum wallboard cracks in the ceiling and west wall of the <br />master bathroom and the ceiling of the kitchen; approximately 100 linear <br />feet. <br />H.
