PROPOSED RULES <br />Attorney Connell provided an overview of the proposed rules and regulations, including <br />applicant requirements, hiring process, performance evaluations, promotional process, <br />disciplinary actions, rehiring of previous merit firefighters, and lateral hire requirements. <br />1.
