A minimum of four (4) inches of topsoil shall be placed on all disturbed areas outsidethe building and parking areas.3.All exposed subgrade shall be proof-rolled and witnessed by a Geotechnical Engineer orqualified representative to determine unsuitable soil locations prior to any paving operations.Any unsuitable soil shall be excavated, backfilled, and compacted with suitable material inaccordance with the plans and capable of supporting the anticipated loadings of the project.4.Positive drainage shall be maintained to prevent any ponding of water or encroachment ontoadjacent properties.5.Proposed contours show grading intent only. Contractor shall use proposed spot gradeelevations and check all grade stakes to ensure positive drainage to stormwater system isachieved. Only certified confinedspace entry personnel having appropriate equipment should be permitted to enter thedetention system.d.Inspect each manifold, all laterals, and outlet pipes for sediment build up, obstructions, orother problems. Obstructions should be removed at this time.e.If measured sediment build up is between 5% - 20% of the pipe diameter, cleaning shouldbe considered; if sediment build up exceeds 20%, cleaning should be performed at theearliest opportunity.
