Land Planners <br />March 7, 2006 <br />We have completed the survey drawing for the requested release of a portion <br />of an existing Storm Sewer easement, which presently runs under one of Mr. <br />Gould's Office buildings located on the Northwest corner of Viridian Drive and <br />Bendix Drive, South Bend, Indiana. We are also adding an additional Storm Sewer <br />easement to place around an existing 30" storm sewer pipe that runs across Mr. <br />Gould's property presently. This pipe is not in an easement. <br />Attached are the Easement Documents, which describe the proposed new Storm <br />Sewer easement and the portion of the existing Storm Sewer easement to be <br />released. As an exhibit, we have shown the above -described easements on a <br />drawing, which can be recorded with the Storm Sewer documents. <br />If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to give me <br />a call at 574-234-4003. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael J.
