CITY OF SOUTH BEND CE SERVICES FOR SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL AT KENNEDY ACADEMY AMERICAN STRUCTUREPOINT PAGE 4
CAPACITY AND KEY STAFF
OUR PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
The inspection team we’re proposing has been selected based on each member’s experience,
proximity to the project site, and availability throughout the entire construction schedule. Each key
staff member is fully committed to dedicating the time and effort to this project, which is what your
community deserves.
CAPACITY
American Structurepoint has one of the largest
and most experienced inspection groups in
Indiana. We employ more than 65 full-time,
certified inspectors. If projects require more staff,
we have the ability to increase our field inspection
employees to more than 100 inspectors, using
trained in-house staff and experienced seasonal
personnel. American Structurepoint has carefully
considered our staffing and selected only
inspectors who have the capacity and ability to
deliver the highest-quality project on time and
within budget. When considering capacity, we
don’t just look at our workload here and now;
instead, we look at the entire duration of the
project to identify staff who will be committed to
this project from start to finish.
• 750+ professionals company wide
• 65 full-time, certified inspectors with the
ability to quickly double that using in-house
personnel
• 100-percent committed staff
John is an ideal fit to lead construction adminis-
tration for the City of South Bend’s Safe Routes to
School project.
