Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />Task 101 – Project Management and Administration <br />Engineer will continue to support the project for an additional 20 months including <br />additional project coordination, invoicing, and management. <br />Task 104 – Design and Contract Document Development <br />For Bid Package No. 1 (123-031A): Engineer produced three structural drawings and <br />related specifications related to removal and replacement of the south exterior stair, <br />foundation, and railings at the Degrit Building. <br />For Bid Package No. 2 (123-031B): Engineer produced an additional 32 drawings, <br />resulting in a total of 62 drawings, as well as additional technical specifications. The <br />work included additional scope for mechanical process, structural, electrical, <br />instrumentation and control, and plumbing disciplines. <br />For Bid Package No. 2 (123-031B): Engineer shall design HVAC system upgrades to <br />be included as an Addendum to the Bidding Documents. These upgrades will enable <br />the existing DAF Building (new GBT Building) to achieve continuous ventilation at the <br />required six Air Changes per Hour (ACH), ensuring the NEC Hazardous Location <br />Classification of the building remains unclassified, as specified in NFPA 820 (2024), <br />Table 6.2.2(a), Solids Treatment Processes, row 8, line c.
