Klosinski, P.E., Assistant City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Agenda Request: Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant WAS Thickening Improvements <br />Project No. 123-031 / DFO PROJ00000435 <br />DATE: May 6, 2025 <br /> <br />The Division of Engineering recommends the Board of Public Works approve Amendment No. <br />2 to a Professional Services Agreement with Black & Veatch for Project No. 123-031 WWTP <br />WAS Thickening Improvements for additional scope of work items including structural design <br />and mechanical design elements that were required to complete the design for the subject <br />project.
