<br /> <br />Established 1924 <br />ROOFING – MASONARY RESTORATION – SHEET METAL <br /> <br />5/6/2025 <br /> <br />ATTN: Zach Hurst <br /> <br />RE: State Theater Critical Needs Assessment Repairs Proposal <br /> <br />Install personal fall protection for all of the following work to be performed. <br />Repair large hole in roof deck at Northeast corner: Square the existing opening. <br /> Fabricate and install 16ga galvanized Z supports and 22ga metal B deck. <br />Open existing scuppers. Fabricate new metal scupper sleeves to connect to external downspouts for <br />main water drainage. <br /> Rework and repair existing external downspouts. <br /> Remove loose coping metal and EPDM membrane at Southeast wall. <br /> Install 10’ wide .060 EPDM membrane along North and South walls. <br />Utilize weather resistant sand bags for temporary ballast where the membrane cannot be adhered or <br />fastened. <br />Seal and adhere to existing membrane, extend over parapet walls, and secure with termination bar to <br />exterior brick face. <br />Seal top of new EPDM at existing termination bar where the wall changes to terra cotta stone. <br />Remove three large metal vents, cap, and seal existing openings. <br />Inspect the entire roof surface for holes or splits, repair as needed. <br />Remove all loose debris from the roof surface. <br /> <br />Total Cost $196,812.00 <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to quote this project.
