Micou APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS/CONTRACTS/PROPOSALS/ADDENDA The following agreements/contracts/proposals/addenda were submitted to the Board for approval: Type Business Description Amount/ Motion/ Funding Second Real Property South Bend Transfer of City Property NA Molnar / Miller Transfer Heritage at 723 W. Wilhelm Ratify AIA, AI33 Contract $38,000/ Molnar / Miller Contract for Construction Manager (PR-00040488) for New Parking Garage Professional Abonmarche Development of Plans for $77,500/ Molnar / Miller Services Consultant Inc the Demolition of (PR-00040491) Agreement Buildings at 1302 Elwood Ave. *Attorney Schmidt noted that he would like the Board to approve the contract subject to final legal review and approval. He added that there is language in the agreement that is being reviewed by outside lawyers that needs to be finalized. He also noted that there was wording in the contract that stipulated that any change orders could be initiated by the architect, so the City changed that to read "owner", which allows no one else but the City to initiate a change order. Mr. Miller was concerned about change orders since this is a CMc project. Attorney Schmidt advised that this is a sperate issue from the CMc process.
