<br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Beck made a motion to set this bill for

<br />PROCEDURES.
<br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Braboy made a motion to set this bill

<br />BILL NO. 133 -87 A BILL APPROVING PARKING RATES FOR PARKING GARAGES AND PARKING
<br />LOTS OWNED, LEASED AND OPERATED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF
<br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
<br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Beck made a motion to set this bill for
<br />second reading and public hearing December 7, and refer it to the Personnel and
<br />Finance Committee, seconded by Council Member Voorde. The motion carried.
<br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS
<br />Council Member Taylor made a motion to set the December 7th meeting of the Council
<br />at 4:00 p.m., due to the long agenda, seconded by Council Member Barcome. The
<br />motion carried.
<br />Council Member Beck made a motion to set Bill No. 97 -87 for public hearing and
<br />second reading December 7, and refer it to the Zoning and Vacation Committee, and
<br />set Bill No. 110 for second reading and public hearing January 11, and refer it to
<br />the Zoning and Vacation Committee, seconded by Council Member Puzzello. The motion
<br />carried.
<br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
<br />Joseph Gunetert, 3510 Corby, spoke regarding trash pickup.
<br />Ken Donnelly, 2605 Frederickson, congratulated the Council regarding the action
<br />taken after the aledged remarks by University Mall officials.
<br />Roman Kowalski, 802 Birchwood, indicated the new Council has to establish
<br />priorities.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new,
<br />Council Member Barcome made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Beck.
<br />The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
