THE SOUTH BEND /CLAY SEWAGE <br />WORKS OPERATING FUND AND THE CENTURY CENTER OPERATING FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 1987 AS SET FORTH BELOW. <br />bill had first reading.
