<br />OF PREVENTING FIRES AND FIRE LOSSES AND TO MINIMIZE AIR POLLUTION
<br />CAUSED BY OPEN BURNING.

<br />arried on a roll call vote of five ayes and four nays (Council Members Braboy,
<br />eck, Taylor and Serge.) Council Member Beck made a motion that the report from the
<br />oard of Works be submitted by July 27, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The
<br />otion carried on a roll call vote of five ayes and four nays (Council Members
<br />uzzello, Zakrzewski, Barcome and Paszek.)

<br />quest by Fair Tax to remove the Mayor from office, in her opinion the request
<br />ould be denied. She indicated that the overall basis for the denial is that the
<br />uth Bend Common Council has no authority to remove the Mayor from office.
