M&M PROPOSES THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES: <br />Will remove the existing gutters and downspouts and dispose of properly. <br />Will install a gutter. Gutters will be supported with “omni” hangers that will be installed at 24” intervals. <br />If applicable, a shall be installed at the eaves to allow water to drip off into the gutter, without aff ecting the <br />underlying construction. <br />Will install , which will be supported by aluminum straps. Downspout placement will be made to assure <br />proper drainage; however, if specifi c placement of a downspout is requested the homeowner must notify us at the time of signing the contract. <br />Only as needed, fascia boards will be replaced at a cost of $4.85/ft; rafter tails needing repair or replacement will be done at a cost of $10.50/ft. <br />If the fascia board behind your existing fascia wrap is rotted, but the existing fascia wrap is still in good condition after removal, we will replace <br />the wood & re-install the existing fascia wrap. The soffi t must be removed to facilitate replacement of the damaged wood. You will be charged <br />$7.00/ linear ft to remove the existing soffi t & reinstall the same soffi t after the wood is replaced. This charge is in addition to the $4.85/ft. for <br />the fascia board replacement. <br />Weak or rotted wood that needs replacement will be charged at the following rates: <br /> $105/sheet of Plywood $4.85/ft (1”x6” or 1”x8”) $10.50/ft (Rafter Replacement) <br />If fi nancing any of your project, and your loan allows for it, all wood charges can be added to your loan. If not, they will be invoiced separately. <br />See Workmanship Limited Warranty for full details. Gutter and downspout material comes with a 20-year, nontransferable manufacturer’s <br />warranty. This agreement is conditional upon full payment of the contract. <br />of the contract price is required at the time the contract is signed, unless fi nancing approval has been completed. Should the customer disallow a <br />timely installation for any reason, this contract is subject to a price increase in line with market rates, to be no less than 10% of this contract total.
