SPECIFICS PERTAINING TO INSULATION PROJECTS: <br />CONDENSATION M&M is not responsible for conditions beyond its control, including condensation. Condensation is the result of excess <br />humidity in your home. <br />EXTERIOR UNDER VENTILATION M&M is not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your attic space including but not limited to the <br />presence of mold & mildew. As manufactured, fiberglass insulation is resistant to mold growth. However, mold growth can occur on <br />building materials, including insulation when it becomes contaminated with organic material and when water is present. M&M is not <br />responsible for mold or mildew formation in your attic space for any reason. <br />HVAC M&M is not responsible for pre-existing damages or deficiencies with your HVAC system. <br />ELECTRIC USAGE M&M will need to use your electric for the powering of the insulation machine. <br />ATTIC ACCESS It is the responsibility of the customer to clear a path to allow for access into your attic. If your attic access is located in a <br />closet, all shelving, clothing and contents must be removed by the homeowner prior to the installation. <br />ATTIC CONTENTS It is the responsibility of the customer to remove all attic contents prior to the installation of your insulation. In the event <br />that you fail to remove attic contents, M&M will not be responsible for any damages to these items. <br />EXHAUST VENTS M&M is not responsible for venting stove/range exhaust hoods, bathroom exhaust fans and dryer ventilation. These <br />vents must be ventilated to the exterior of the home and are the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are properly ventilated. <br />VENTILATION If any of the requirements of intake and exhaust ventilation are not contracted with M&M, we will not be responsible for <br />condensation, mold and mildew formation, or for any improper functioning of your attic insulation or ventilation. <br />PAINTING It will be the responsibility of the homeowner to paint any added soffit vents cut into your existing wood soffit. <br />COMPRESSION / SETTLING M&M is not responsible for settling of your new insulation when installed over any type of existing insulation. <br />SPECIFICS PERTAINING TO REPAIR PROJECTS: <br />COLORING The color of all products installed for Repair Work may vary from the original products due to age, fading, discoloration of <br />product, etc. <br />WARRANTY Repair projects do not include a labor warranty, unless otherwise specified on the contract. <br />THERE WILL BE SOME VIBRATION DUE TO THE ROOF SHINGLING, RE-SIDING, OR INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS <br />OR DOORS ON YOUR HOME.
