<br /> SAFETY M&M takes pride in providing a safe work environment for its employees and customers. Please refrain from climbing on ladders,
<br />scaffolding and your roof during the time M&M employees are working. This will allow for everyone to have a safe work environment during
<br />tear off and installation of your new roof, siding, soffit, fascia, or gutters.
<br /> SECURITY SYSTEMS M&M is not responsible for security systems or alarms. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to disconnect the
<br />system prior to M&M performing any work on their home. M&M will not be responsible for security systems or alarms that may go off
<br />during the course of our work.
<br />EXISTING STRUCTURAL CONDITIONS M&M is not responsible for any existing structural problems, loose or cracked plaster, sags in
<br />rafters, bowed out walls.
<br /> EXCESS MATERIALS Our proposals are based on a complete job. THERE WILL BE EXTRA MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE JOB SITE.
<br />Excess materials remain the property of M&M. For further explanation please discuss in detail with your sales representative.
<br /> LIGHT FIXTURES, PICTURES, and MIRRORS These items could fall and break due to the vibration of the work being done. We suggest
<br />that you check all fixtures, pictures, mirrors, etc. to make sure they are secure. If in doubt, take them down. We will not assume
<br />responsibility for these items as a result of the normal vibrations of home improvement work.
<br /> ACCESS We plan to utilize driveways and walkways where they provide the necessary access to your home. If there is not sufficient
<br />access, we will put plywood down before driving on your lawn. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to the concrete or
<br />asphalt during this process. Please notify us in writing, five days prior to the job starting if you have a sprinkler system, septic field, a well
<br />or if you do not want us to use your driveway for our services.
<br /> SCHEDULING Your material will be delivered before the project will begin. The office will contact you one day before your job is to begin.
<br />If there is no answer we will leave a message. Please be advised that scheduling conflicts can occur due to circumstances beyond our
<br />control.
<br />SCHEDULING MULTIPLE PROJECTS If more than one project is being completed at your home, please be advised that there will be a
<br />brief period of time between each installation. Each project will also be invoiced separately. We appreciate your cooperation and patience
<br />during this process. Please ask your salesperson to explain this procedure in more detail if necessary.
<br />By initialing here: you acknowledge each job type will be scheduled, completed, and billed separately OR that only one installation is being
<br />completed at your home.
<br /> PAYMENT M&M will invoice you separately for the different types of work that are completed. Each of these invoices will be due as stated
<br />in each contract. Please ask your Sales Rep to explain this procedure more in detail. Your balance is due based on contract fulfillment.
<br />Warranty work and service request are outside the scope of the contract and will be serviced upon payment in full. M&M cannot cover the
<br />cost of deductibles from insurance companies.
<br />If declined for financing, we will require a 75% down payment in order to begin the work.
<br /> RETAINAGE
<br />M&M will request 90% of the funds when job is substantially complete, to be paid either via cash, check, credit card, or by activating and
<br />approving financing. 10% should be the remaining balance to be kept by customer as good faith that the project will be completed in a
<br />timely manner once materials needed for completion are available.
<br />HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION / PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION It is the responsibility of the homeowner to notify M&M of
<br />any specific rules, colors or specifications that pertain to their list of covenants.
<br /> CANCELLATIONS OF CONTRACT Customers have three business days from the date of contract signing to rescind their contract
<br />without penalty. If a customer chooses to cancel their contract after that time, they will incur a processing fee equal to 25% of their contract
<br />price plus the cost of any custom product. When applicable, these fees will be deducted directly from the customer’s down payment,
<br />otherwise the customer will be billed for these fees.
<br /> M&M PRICE PROMISE If you find a lower price on a comparable product, installation and warranty, we’ll beat any competitive offer,
<br />guaranteed*!
<br />Terms & Conditions: *If within 30 days of placing your order, but no later than three business days prior to installation, you receive a
<br />lower price for the same product, installation and warranty, M&M will beat the price. To qualify, you must provide M&M a written estimate
<br />on the letterhead of a licensed competitor, including product name, item type, areas of installation, trim sizes, flashing specifications, and
<br />an itemized listing of applicable warranties and/or services for comparison. M&M has the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether
<br />the written estimate qualifies for the offer. M&M will not match a competitor’s free offer, rebate, financing offer, clearance or closeout price,
<br />or installation special. Offer excludes any custom made aluminum work, repairs, and commercial projects. Subject to change.
