6. Any wood blocking repair/replacement. Blocking is assumed to be present at the perimeter of the roof and in good condition underneath the existing metal edging and gutters. If any is discovered we will provide and install this on a time and material basis ADD to our contract amount. 7. Any costs associated with any wet insulation replacement. Assume to have a small "lay -down" area near the bung, if necessary, for a small number of materials, dumpsters, temporary restroom facility, forklift, etc. Z. Fall protection included in our bid is limited to the requirements of OSHA standard 29 CFR, part 1926, subpart M. 6. All fastener colors are standard for both insulation and membrane. Any painted fasteners to a specific color would be an upcharge. 7. Please take note that the above system will be PV Solar ready if owner decides down the road to want to put solar up on the roof. Please note that if owner wants the PV Solar to be included in the roof warranty that the PV Solar system would need to be designed by Sarnafil, and would need to be installed within 5 years of the new roof being installed. The roof would have to be inspected first to determine if the above is applicable.
