Stantec Consulting Services Inc. 4 of 16 <br />TO1 – Randolph-Sampson RTB PER <br />For each deliverable, the CITY will provide one round of written and verbal comments (at each <br />deliverable review workshop) within two (2) weeks of receipt of deliverable. Timely receipt of review <br />comments is critical to meeting the project milestones. <br />STANTEC will provide written responses to the comments in a single compiled comment log. The actions <br />from the comments will be incorporated into the subsequent deliverable. <br />Subtask 1.4- Risk Management <br />STANTEC will prepare and maintain a risk register documenting factors that could impact the cost or <br />schedule for completion of the overall project as well as mitigation measures for potential high-impact <br />risks. The risk register will be reviewed during an early monthly progress meeting and changes to the <br />register reviewed during subsequent progress meetings. <br />Deliverables for Task 1 (All deliverables will be submitted via email in PDF format unless otherwise <br />noted): <br />• Meeting agenda distributed two (2) business days before the meeting. <br />• Meeting presentation and/or other documents shared during the meeting. <br />• Meeting notes submitted within five (5) business days after the meeting. <br />• Risk register and updates. <br /> <br />Task 2 – Site Investigation <br />STANTEC will conduct a program of site investigations to define existing conditions that could impact the <br />design, permitting, and/or construction of the proposed retention treatment basin. Development of a <br />clear understanding of site conditions is critical to the analysis of site layout options and development of <br />an accurate and reliable PER. <br />Subtask 2.1- Topographic, Utility and Property Survey <br />STANTEC’s subconsultant will conduct a topographic, utility and property survey of the project area <br />where anticipated construction activities will occur. The limit of the area to be surveyed is shown on the <br />following page. For this phase of the work, survey of the Norfolk Southern Railroad right-of-way will be <br />performed remotely so as to avoid the need for a right-of-entry permit from the railroad.
