Council <br />President Coleman read the re <br />olution. <br />Ann Puzzello, 1247 E. <br />LaSalle, a former Council MemDer, <br />Kevin <br />Horton, City Controller, <br />and Andrew Ujdak, 5120 Scenic <br />Dr, spoke <br />in favor of this <br />resolution.
