BID PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONFORMITY <br />1.0 Services and Licensing <br />ASAP Towing is licensed by the City of South Bend, to operate the business of vehicle removal and <br />storage — License #VHR2024-03 see attachment 28 <br />ASAP carries all required city and state documentations, certifications and licensures required: <br />USDOT — 2102979 IN <br />MC — 733462 <br />In accordance with the request for proposal, ASAP agrees to the following: <br />a. The company agrees not to move or attach any vehicle until instructed to do so by the <br />investigating officer. All company employees will complete training on policies and <br />procedures outlined with the recovery, removal, towing, and storage procedures for the <br />City. <br />b. All company employees will cooperate with the investigating officer and comply with <br />requests made in conjunction with the removal of unsafe and/or illegally parked vehicles <br />from the street, and in storing or impounding such vehicles. <br />c. The company agrees to provide clean-up and removal of all debris from collision calls, <br />including the removal of hazardous materials and vehicle fluids. (See equipment list for <br />materials used) <br />d. The company will follow vehicle release protocols outlined in the RFP and stated by the City <br />of South Bend Police Department. <br />Employees will comply with the investigating officer by signing and gathering proper <br />signatures, on scene, for stored vehicle report. <br />No vehicles will be disposed of, relinquished, or released without proof of ownership, <br />customer identification, and South Bend City stored automobile release form. <br />11 <br />
