BID PROPOSAL GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Storage Facilities (20 points) • ASAP Towing owns and operates two commercial properties and leases a third property. To better serve our customers our main lot is located within city limits, on the local South Bend City Transpo bus line and two (2) miles from the South Bend Police Department. Our second location offers indoor and outdoor storage. Our third location is an overflow lot for vehicles that are not on a police hold and over thirty days old. This location is also on the local South Bend City Transpo bus line and four and one half (4.5) miles from the South Bend Police Department. 0 1906 S. Olive Street — houses the main office, indoor storage facilities for 20 vehicles, and outdoor storage for 200 vehicles. 0 1311 S. Olive Street — houses indoor storge for 555 vehicles and outdoor storage for up to 4,152 vehicles. 0 55303 Mayflower Road — houses indoor storage for 20 vehicles and outdoor storage capacity for 3,000 vehicles. • ASAP Towing provides twenty-four hour indoor and outdoor monitoring and surveillance of all three locations using the following systems: o Lot and indoor surveillance are monitored via ADT — benefits include ■ 24-hour DVR recording ■ 16 Channel Digital Video Recorder ■ Remote access and smart viewing via Smartphone or computer ■ 16 TVL line Cameras with recording technology and night vision capacity o Additional twenty -four-hour security— provided by ADT o Additional security measures include: ■ The outdoor lot and premises at 1906 S. Olive Street are surrounded by six-foot security fencing with wire. Lot gate is electronic and can only be opened by authorized employees. ■ The outdoor lot and premises at 1311 S. Olive Street are surrounded by 8-foot security fencing with wire. Lot gate can only be opened by authorized employees. VA
