All rights reserved.

Engineer will submit a data request to the Owner within 10 business days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The data request will include engineering and operational information that Engineer anticipates needing
during the evaluation, including the following at each affected site. It is assumed that all data will be
provided in Microsoft Excel format.
1. Wellfield mapping, including piping, for each WTP.
2. Five (5) years of all available raw water quality data from all wells, including available
PFAS data.
3. Individual well capacities and historical pumping rates and pressures.
4. WTP as-built drawings, hydraulic profiles, and process flow diagrams.
5. Five (5) years of filtered (or finished) water quality and operational data for the facility,
including the following:
a. TOC
b. Anions
1) Sulfate
2) Bicarbonate
3) Chloride
4) Nitrate
c. PFAS
d. Iron
e. Manganese
f. Chlorine residuals
g. Radionuclides
h. Volatile organic compounds
i. Flow rates

Engineer’s process engineer and project manager will attend a 1-day site visit of all impacted sites and
wells.
Task 102 – Phase 1 – Short-Term PFAS Minimization Plan
Engineer will identify, consult with, and analyze requirements of governmental authorities having
jurisdiction to approve the portions of the Project designed or specified by Engineer, including but not
limited to permitting requirements of a PFAS treatment solution.
Identify options for wellhead management or operational changes at the existing WTPs to minimize
finished water PFAS at each WTP until a long-term treatment solution can be implemented.
Engineer will prepare a report (the “Report”) to summarize existing vs. proposed operations and
anticipated impact, furnishing one (1) electronic review copy of the Report and any other deliverables to
Owner within 60 calendar days of the Effective Date and review it with Owner. Within 14 calendar days
of receipt, Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the Report and any other deliverables.
