All rights reserved. <br /> <br />Engineer will submit a data request to the Owner within 10 business days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />The data request will include engineering and operational information that Engineer anticipates needing <br />during the evaluation, including the following at each affected site. It is assumed that all data will be <br />provided in Microsoft Excel format. <br />1. Wellfield mapping, including piping, for each WTP. <br />2. Five (5) years of all available raw water quality data from all wells, including available <br />PFAS data. <br />3. Individual well capacities and historical pumping rates and pressures. <br />4. WTP as-built drawings, hydraulic profiles, and process flow diagrams. <br />5. Five (5) years of filtered (or finished) water quality and operational data for the facility, <br />including the following: <br />a. TOC <br />b. Anions <br />1) Sulfate <br />2) Bicarbonate <br />3) Chloride <br />4) Nitrate <br />c. PFAS <br />d. Iron <br />e. Manganese <br />f. Chlorine residuals <br />g. Radionuclides <br />h. Volatile organic compounds <br />i. Flow rates <br /> <br />Engineer’s process engineer and project manager will attend a 1-day site visit of all impacted sites and <br />wells. <br />Task 102 – Phase 1 – Short-Term PFAS Minimization Plan <br />Engineer will identify, consult with, and analyze requirements of governmental authorities having <br />jurisdiction to approve the portions of the Project designed or specified by Engineer, including but not <br />limited to permitting requirements of a PFAS treatment solution. <br />Identify options for wellhead management or operational changes at the existing WTPs to minimize <br />finished water PFAS at each WTP until a long-term treatment solution can be implemented. <br />Engineer will prepare a report (the “Report”) to summarize existing vs. proposed operations and <br />anticipated impact, furnishing one (1) electronic review copy of the Report and any other deliverables to <br />Owner within 60 calendar days of the Effective Date and review it with Owner. Within 14 calendar days <br />of receipt, Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the Report and any other deliverables.
