REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 8,2004 <br /> Mr. Feeney advised that after the complete development of the relocated Bendix Drive, <br /> the petitioner Robert Bosch Corporation wishes to consolidate ownership of the adjacent <br /> properties. By vacating the described rights-of-way the Bosch Corp. shall be able to <br /> consolidate individual sites and create one campus site. This shall allow for safe travel of <br /> on site machinery to and from the now separated sites. <br /> This being the time heretofore set for the Public Hearing on the above bill, proponents <br /> and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in <br /> opposition to this bill, Councilmember Pfeifer made a motion for favorable <br /> recommendation to full Council.
