1) 14WC will facilitate the following CLIENT meetings as outlined below: <br />m) Design Meeting No. 1: 60% Plan Review (in -person) <br />n) Design Meeting No.2: 90% Plan Review (in -person) <br />o) Design Meeting No.3: 100% Plan Review/Bid Prep (virtual call) <br />2) Utility Coordination <br />a) HWC will provide utility coordination services for the proposed site <br />improvements with public utility services <br />3) Bidding <br />a) HWC will provide the following services to assist the CLIENT with one (1) <br />project letting and award: <br />b) Prepare and submit one (1) notice to bidders for CLIENT publication. <br />c) Distribute plans and specifications to bidders. <br />d) Respond to bidder questions during the bid phase. <br />e) Issue addenda to clarify or modify the bidding documents. <br />f) Attend and facilitate one (1) pre -bid conference. <br />g) Review submitted bids for conformance to project documents. Submit a <br />summary of this review to the CLIENT. <br />h) Prepare a tabulation of bids received. <br />i) Assist the CLIENT in evaluating bids or proposals and in assembling and <br />awarding contracts for the project. <br />4) Construction Administration <br />a) HWC will provide construction administration services as follows: <br />b) Facilitate and one (1) pre -construction conference. <br />c) Review shop drawings and submittals. <br />d) Review requests for change orders. <br />e) Review requests for information from the contractor. <br />f) Attend up to (4) construction progress meetings/site visits. <br />g) Attend (1) landscape review meeting and (1) warranty walk to review the <br />landscape material in the spring season following installation. <br />h) Attend one (1) pre -final project walk through. <br />i) Develop a punch list based on outstanding issues identified at the project walk <br />through. <br />j) Review contractor's applications for payment. <br />5) Notations, Exceptions, and Assumptions <br />a) Lighting design and electrical engineering are excluded from the scope of work. <br />b) Design and engineering for the resurfacing of Rum Village Park Road is <br />excluded. <br />c) The renovation of Walker Field Pavilion will be done by others.
