Davis attended the 9:30 a.m. <br /> Board of Public Works meeting. He voiced concerns regarding the proposed memorandum of <br /> agreement (MOA) which the City proposed to entered into with the new owners of the former <br /> ethanol plant. <br /> Council Member Davis also noted that other Council Members voiced concerns at yesterday <br /> afternoon's Public Works and Property Vacation Committee meeting, where Public Works <br /> Director Eric Horvath updated the Council Members. <br /> A copy of Council Member Davis's letter to the Board of Public Works is attached. <br />
