Between DTSB Ambassadors, volunteers and VPA staff, the grounds will be continually cleaned through and after the festival. • Weather - Brian Garner is still finalizing the safety plan, however, in the case of an emergency, security personnel and staff will help push attendees and vendors towards exits and emergency exits. We will also be able to utilize our overhead announcement system to provide any festival -wide announcements. The Lodge and Howard Park Event Center can be utilized as shelter if absolutely necessary.
