Event Coordinator and Staff designated and will coordinate <br />emergency procedures should they occur. <br />Volunteers and contractors are not to attempt to put out fires unless they are certain <br />that they can do so without jeopardizing their own safety. All events should <br />meet this requirement regardless of crowd size. <br />First Aid <br />- First Aid will be available for minor First Aid Needs. <br />- Ambulance can be called in event that it is needed by an event attendee. <br />Event Headquarters / Information Center / Lost Children <br />- The Administration Building has been designated as the Information Center and <br />event base, including Lost Children. <br />- All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. <br />Weather <br />Snow <br />Prolonged exposure to freezing or cold temperatures may cause serious health problems such as trench foot, <br />frostbite and hypothermia.
