Health and Safety Plan <br />Kids Triathlon 2023 <br />Introduction <br />This plan relates to the Kids Triathlon events on Saturday July 22, 2023 or (Rain Date of Sunday July 23, 2023) <br />Setup and tear down on -site daily during the event. <br />This plan is applicable to all event participants and spectators, event staff, contractors & volunteers at this <br />event. <br />Event Timeline <br />Set Up- Friday Multiple times starting at lam. <br />Event day Final Set-up 6am <br />50-yard Swim Event <br />1.3-mile Bike Riding Event <br />%: Mile Run Event <br />Events end at 12pm <br />Site Map <br />"Will be attached by event Organizers" <br />Content <br />This plan is comprised of: <br />- Emergency Procedure <br />- Emergency services <br />- First Aid <br />- Event Headquarters / Information Center / Lost Children <br />- Security <br />- Weather <br />- Lost Child <br />- Active Shooter <br />- Bomb Threat <br />- Suspicious Package Found <br />- Toilet Provision <br />Volunteer and Activity provider Employees/Contactors <br />Food Provision <br />Electrical Guidelines <br />Crowd Control <br />Traffic and Parking <br />Site Hazards <br />Emergency Procedure <br />All event staff, volunteers and contractors are to be advised of the emergency <br />procedure and provided with a copy of this plan. <br />Staff, volunteers and contractors are to report any emergencies immediately to event <br />coordinator — located at the venue — refer to attached site plan. <br />3 <br />
