<br />Founded in 2008, DB Engineering focuses on providing quality engineering, design, and inspection services

<br />uses the collective strengths of our staff and project team members to create a holistic, multi -disciplined approach

<br />DB Engineering has a diverse staff with each member bringing a unique skill set, background, and approach to
<br />planning, design, and construction. The cumulative experience of DB Engineering’s staff is impressive, each member
<br />of the team brings with them the experiences gained throughout their careers working for small and large firms,
<br />government entities, and construction companies. These collective experiences create a dynamic, multi -
<br />disciplinary, and creative team of professionals. Our team has been involved in numerous private development,
<br />transportation, stormwater, green infrastructure, site design, comprehensive planning, master planning,
<br />redevelopment, urban design, historic preservation, zoning, and branding projects.

<br />With over 47 years of Civil Engineering experience, Roger is responsible for quality
<br />control of transportation and municipal infrastructure projects. As the lead
<br />engineer, he directs the engineering design, land surveying and planning studies
<br />to successfully complete civil engineering projects. Roger performs client
<br />relations, quality control and quality assurance on infrastructure projects from
<br />proposal development through construction. Areas of special interest include
<br />the oversight of multidiscipline projects, traffic design, city revitalization, industrial
<br />development of property and trenchless technology.

<br />Mr. Matthew S. Larrabee is a registered professional engineer with over 26 years of
<br />experience in the field of Civil Engineering. Matt is well versed as a senior manager
<br />and design lead on various transportation projects. He is proficient in interstate and
<br />highway design, rural and urban reconstruction and rehabilitations, intersection
<br />improvement, roundabouts, signal and lighting design, storm drainage and culvert
<br />design, trail and ADA design, and erosion and sediment control plans. He also has
<br />experience as a construction project engineer. Matt is experienced in the
<br />management of multidisciplinary projects as well. As with all DB Engineering
<br />associates, Matt understands that constant communication with the client and key
<br />stakeholders are the key to a successful project.

<br />Ms. Candace Parker is an experienced project engineer with a background in civil
<br />engineering, construction, and excavation. Her strong work ethic and attention to
<br />detail make her a valuable team member. While she is knowledgeable in many areas
<br />of the industry, she also looks for opportunities to learn and expand her skills.
