Mr. Hardig noted that there <br /> would be propery insulation for all blowers, that there <br /> would be proper fencing, and that they were concerned about <br /> the needs of the area with having this type of use <br /> (laundromat, dry cleaner, car wash) blend into the <br /> neighborhood.
