787 Friday September 13th, 1907. The Board -met in" regular . session" at" 10 A.: M.:.' Mr Papezynski absent. :. Remonstrance filed against the widening of Turnock.street from S. Bend avenue to Corby street, Signed by John N. Poyser et al. Petition filed for the establishment of grade on the lst alley North of Madis6n street from St. Louis street to St. Peter street. Referred to°the Engineer. Petition filed for the establishment of grade on Whiteman Court from Wenger street to Penn ave. Referred to the Engineer. Opening of bids for the St. Peter street Grade, Curb & Walk Improvement, under Improvement Resolution No. 495, was deferred until Tuesday September 17th, 1907, at 10 A. M. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.-503. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Water Connections on Ford street from Scott street to Chapin street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE FORD STREET WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according,to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, Piled herewith. Notice ofA)1?f)pbsa13'..for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 14th day of September and on the 21st day of September 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 14th day of September and on the 21st day of September, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 14th day of September and on the 21st day of September 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times.
