South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> Regular Meeting—December 13, 2012 <br /> 7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br /> A. Tax Abatement continued... <br /> they already have. Along with that there are three other tax abatements that went forward. Those <br /> are not large projects; however, often times we make progress in small steps. The other three <br /> represented progress as well. <br /> Mr. Davis noted that, with the due date of the tax abatement annual report having been changed <br /> to the June 15, the Council is on a later schedule for making decisions on what companies are not <br /> in compliance and whether the abatements should be revoked. He hopes the process will move <br /> faster next year. <br /> 8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br /> The next meeting of the Commission will be its Annual Organizational Meeting, Wednesday, <br /> January 2, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission is <br /> scheduled for 9:30 a.m., January 10, 2013. <br /> 9. ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Commission, Mr. Davis made a <br /> motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Varner seconded.
