The motion passed. <br /> P <br /> Council Member Kuspa then called for a presentation on Bill No. 13-03 which is a request to <br /> designate the property at 833 Northside Boulevard as an historic landmark. <br /> Mr. Oxian made the presentation. He stated that the bill would designate the two (2) street lights <br /> which are currently in front of the old Sollit Construction Building as historic landmarks. He <br /> provided the HPC staff report dated February 15, 2002 to the Committee (copy attached) and <br /> provided copies of pictures of the subject street lights(copy attached). He noted that the lights may <br /> be moved sometime in the future but currently then are owned by John Friedline. <br /> The Council Attorney was asked to prepare the necessary amendments to the Bill for this evening's <br /> meeting. <br /> Following discussion, Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Coleman that Bill <br /> No. 13-03 as to be amended be recommended favorably to Council.
