Since founding the company in 1990, <br />Weaver Boos has grown to ten offices in 7 states <br />and over ISO employees. <br />He has over 30 years of engineering experience <br />and has functioned as the Senior Engineer on <br />geotechnical and environmental projects for over <br />15 years. During this time Mr. Weaver has been <br />actively involved in the negotiating and <br />regulatory compliance as well as the technical <br />aspects of environmental work, Mr. Weaver has <br />been actively involved in site assessments and <br />investigations, hydrogeologio studies, regulatory <br />compliance assessments, environmental facility <br />design, and construction management of <br />environmental projects. <br />Prior to starting Weaver Boos, Mr. Weaver was <br />a Senior Engineer and ]regional Manager for a <br />major geotechnical, environmental and <br />construction materials testing consulting firm for <br />eight years. <br />He was responsible for over eight million dollars <br />of work per year and 70 employees, Prior to that <br />Mr. Weaver worked for a full service design <br />/construct environmental company. <br />Select Project Experience <br />I& Weaver acted as engineer and contractor for <br />waste mitigation projects, involving site remediation <br />programs, RCRA facilities, UST, and CERCLA sites. <br />A partial listing is attached, <br />He has reviewed environmental remediation <br />efforts, including NCP compliance to address <br />cost - recovery and insurance coverage issues. <br />Mr. Weaver performed hydrogeologic <br />investigations characterizing uncontrolled <br />disposal sites and assesses the suitability of <br />virgin sites for waste disposal. <br />He has performed compatibility studies <br />involving the evaluation of permeability changes <br />when exposed to loachates. <br />He has developed remedial action programs <br />which included the assessment of existing <br />conditions, determination of conceptual designs <br />with cost estimates, development of health and <br />safety programs, detailed design and cost <br />estimates, permitting and actual construction. <br />Mr. Weaver has performed actual construction <br />and construction management for environmental <br />remediation and new environmental treatment <br />storage and disposal facilities. Duties included <br />project estimating and contracting; general <br />supervision of construction activities; <br />compliance with the project specifications, <br />workplans, and health and safety plans; <br />construction quality assurance inspections; and <br />certification of the completed work. <br />He has performed numerous property <br />assessments involving the following concerns: <br />environmental, geotechnical, wetland <br />delineation and mitigation, and flood plain <br />delineation.
