SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION —IVY TOWER FACILITY RENOVATION PROJECT Proposal for Environmental Services In our proposed organization illustrated above, Mr. Douglas Dorgan, L.P.G. will provide senior oversight and assure that the full resources of our company are available to serve the City. Mr. Dorgan is located in our Chicago office. Mr. Edward B. Stefanek, will serve as Senior Project Manager during the duration of the Project and environmental oversight professional. Mr. Stefanek will serve as the main contact for the Project and will be responsible for the day -to -day project operations and implementation. A brief summary of qualifications for primary Weaver Boos personnel is provided below. For resumes of proposed project personnel, refer to Appendix A. A brief description of our project manager's qualifications is provided below. 4.2 Personnel Qualifications Douglas G. Dorgan, Jr., L.P.G. Mr. Dorgan serves as a Principal with Weaver Boos, He has more than 25 years of environmental consulting experience. During this time, Mr. Dorgan has been involved in all aspects of project implementation including the supervision of technical support staff in the compilation and presentation of information for regional and site - specific investigations. He has successfully completed numerous projects including multi-phase environmental site assessments, risk -based corrective action, hydrogeological investigations, groundwater impact assessments, remediation planning and implementation, multi-media compliance audits, UST closures, and solid waste management facility permitting. Mr. Dorgan has been responsible for "implementing the last several years of operations, maintenance, and monitoring at the Waste, Inc. closed Superfirnd landfill also located on Trail Creek in Michigan City, Indiana.
