Jones, Graham Sparks, Bob Palmer Presenters: Dan Parker, Eric Horvath, Denise Lynn Riedl, Dan O'Connor, Michael Patton, Kyra Clark Agenda: Bill No. 07-20- March 2020 Transfer Ordinance Bill No. 08-20- March 2020 Appropriation Ordinance Bill No. 09-20- Amendment to Ordinance No. 10685-19, Non-Bargaining Salary Ordinance Committee Chair Karen L. White called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee at 4:40 p.m. She introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to give the floor to the presenters. Bill No. 07-20- March 2020 Transfer Ordinance Dan Parker, City Controller for the City of South Bend with offices located on the 12th floor of the County-City Building, South Bend, IN, served as the presenter for this bill. Mr. Parker gave a presentation referencing a PowerPoint presentation(which is available in the City Clerk's Office) that highlighted the key elements of this bill. Committee Chair White opened the floor to questions and comments from Committee and Council Members. Councilmember Lori K. Hamann asked a clarifying question about the total of a specific line item. She then asked a follow up question about whether or not that money is being put towards the CSO Project.
