REGULAR MEETING June 22nd, 2020 <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> There was no Unfinished Business at this time. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Councilmember Lori K. Hamann announced her intention to bring forth to the Council a Homeless <br /> Bill of Rights. <br /> Councilmember Sharon L. McBride announced an event at Kelly's Pub to memorialize a shooting <br /> to be had on June 23`d, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Karen L. White announced the Zoom Meeting Town Hall for the Youth Council <br /> to be had on June 25th, 2020. <br /> PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br /> Jesse Davis, P.O. Box 10205, South Bend, IN, commended Councilmember Hamann's focus on a <br /> Homeless Bill of Rights. He also advocated for the YMCA and asked the Council to help. <br /> Ephraim Makombe, [no address provided], advocated for the reopening of the YMCA and urged <br /> the Council for their help. <br /> Margaret Pfeil, 511 South Saint Joseph Street, South Bend, IN, advocated for the reopening of the <br /> YMCA and urged the Council for their help. <br /> Matthew Henderson, 1707 Crestwood Boulevard, South Bend, IN, encouraged the Council to take <br /> on the Homeless Bill of Rights. <br /> Saddie Borkowski, 910 East Donald Street, South Bend, IN, advocated for the reopening of the <br /> YMCA and urged the Council for their help. <br /> Melanie Micozzi, 1131 Woodward Avenue, South Bend, IN, advocated for the reopening of the <br /> YMCA and urged the Council for their help. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business to come before the Council Vice President Karen L.
