A • ASAP Towing can house twelve passenger size vehicles withing the indoor storage facility and two hundred passenger vehicles in the outdoor lot located at 1906 S. Olive Street. • ASAP Towing provides twenty-four hour indoor and outdoor monitoring and surveillance of both storage facilities using the following systems: o Lot and indoor surveillance are monitored via the Lorex DVR system — benefits include • 24-hour DVR recording • 16 Channel Digital Video Recorder • Remote access and smart viewing via Smartphone or computer • 16 TVL line Cameras with recording technology and night vision capacity o Additional twenty-four hour security— provided by Koorsen Fire & Security o Additional security measures include: • Outdoor lot and premises at 1906 S. Olive Street are surrounded by six-foot security fencing with wire. • Lot gate is electronic and can only be opened by authorized employees. • Outdoor lot and premises at 55303 Mayflower Road are surrounded by eight - foot security fencing with wire. • Lot gate is electronic and can only be opened by authorized employees. • All owners for stored vehicles are to provide proof of identification and ownership and escorted to the vehicle by an employee. An employee maintains their presence the entire time the owner is in the storage lot. 1' • a A ,1 ' * 3= • Per proposal requirements, ASAP hours for payment and release of vehicles include the following times: a. 8am — 5pm Monday through Friday b. 8am —12pm Saturday c. Sundays, holidays and after-hours pick-up can be made by appointment and an additional fee of $50.00 • Hours of operation, as well as, after hours contact information signs are clearly posted on entry doors of both locations.
