The basement window wells that currently have a brick side walls will be tuck pointed and cleaned. They were closed up with a shed style roof and were rotting. We have removed the shed roof structure to see what we had to work with. We will also pour a cement top cap with a preformed lip to allow for a steel grate over the window well. This will serve as a safety net so no one falls into the cavity yet will allow light to filter into for the basement window. The color of the grate will be a lighter gray color to match in with the cement. This will be done on all three window wells - -2 on the east side of the building and (1) on the north side of the building. The windows themselves were boarded off and no sashes were present on the property. We will be installing a fixed sash window in it's place for security. This sash will be in white on the exterior. It will be a Marvin Integrity window sash. See attached brochure for windows details. The window on the north side of the building will be reduced in height size to allow for venting for the furnace appliance. This venting will be hidden by the existing shrubbery in place. See attachment # 1. 2.) The exits on the two existing doors on the east side have horrible deteriation of concrete from the outside entry point. We will remove those steps and pads and install new pads, concrete steps and patio per plan. This
