Such improvements include reproofing, <br />glazing, or landscaping lawns and may involve a change that can potentially enhance or detract from the <br />character of the landmark.... <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff Recommends Approval. The work proposed is identical to COA# <br />2008-0604 approved by Commission on June 16, 2008. <br />Klusczinski: You're entitled to make a short presentation if you think that's necessary. <br />Enderle: It's a very short presentation, it's the same. Mr. Spigelmyer came to my house <br />as I told you and he was planning to start the restoration in early August. He could not <br />do that because of a previous scheduled restoration, but he starts on Monday with the <br />bay area windows. And so, my plan or proposal is to do the same thing on the second <br />floor for the master bedroom and master bathroom <br />Klusczinski: Thank you.
