Director — Catherine Hostetler <br />Distributed to Commission. <br />3. Assistant Director — Amy Herdman <br />Distributed to Commission. <br />AD also gave a brief synopsis of the recent cemetery preservation workshop in <br />Greensboro NC, and fielded questions from Commissioners. The workshop was very <br />well done, highly informative and very comprehensive. AD recommends any NPI <br />planned workshop or conference. As planned before the workshop, AD will schedule <br />informational/procedural presentations regarding stone conservation and preservation <br />issues. <br />4. Legal Counsel — Cheryl Greene <br />No report. <br />D. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. President's Report — Tim Klusczinski <br />April 23, 2007 <br />Joined Catherine Hostetler at the South Bend Community School Corporation <br />Meeting for the results of the Hebard & Hebard feasibility study. <br />April 24, 2007 <br />East Wayne Historic District "Neighborhood Meeting." Todd Zeiger from HLFI <br />Was the guest speaker and made a brief presentation designed to rise <br />Awareness about local landmarks and the challenges that confront <br />Preservationists. <br />May 1, 2007 5:15pm: Special Meeting to discuss the 2007 Southhold Awards <br />Event Attendance: Catherine Hostetler, Todd Zeiger, Lynn Patrick, Linda Riley, Tim <br />Klusczinski (chair), Amy Herdman. Discussion ensued over the current list <br />Of Southhold Awards breakfast attendees. With consideration for budgetary <br />issues and attendees, the Commission decided to move the location of this <br />year's event from the Palais Royale to the Morris Bistro. <br />May 4, 2007 <br />Morning: Accompanied Bill Latoza, Catherine Hostetler and Todd Zeiger on a <br />tour of Marquette Primary Center. <br />Afternoon: I met Bill Latoza and Catherine Hostetler for a tour of Lincoln <br />Primary Center. <br />5:30pm: Attended the Notre Dame School of Architecture presentation <br />sponsored by Krupali Uplekar (Asst. Prof. University of Notre Dame). The <br />event shared the results of a yearlong study on the Revitalization of <br />13 <br />
