Specifically, Staff requests <br />permission to invite Ellen Harper of Main Street Indiana to South Bend to present information and <br />engage in information sharing via questions and answers etc. Upon her acceptance, invitations will <br />be extended to all relevant local officials, interested parties, downtown merchants, community <br />leaders and commissioners to attend the presentation. <br />
