We have several books <br />ready to be printed when there is a vote approving the reprinting from the District <br />Committee. <br />JOHN OXIAN: This letter from Economic Development requests that we have some <br />input into the proposed demolition of Oliver Manufacturing Plant <br />KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: We had input, we said we didn't want it torn down. <br />They are appealing our decision to the state. <br />D. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. River Bank Coordinating Committee <br />(Nothing to report at this time) <br />2. Historic Districts Committee: Proofs of district books <br />KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: I talked to Martha about setting up a meeting to make <br />final approval of the proofs for the district books. Martha has informed me that she is ill <br />and does not expect to be able to attend or assist in any committee meetings for at least <br />another month. <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: Agreed to set a meeting date in Martha's absence. <br />3. Southhold Awards Committee <br />Committee met and selected a location for the Southhold Awards Ceremony. It is to be <br />held at Tippecanoe Place on July 26, 2003. The program at the ceremony will be about <br />Historic Wooden Window Maintenance and Repair and will be co -hosted by the Historic <br />Landmark Foundation of Indiana. The committee will also meet again in July to select <br />award winners. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Muessel-Drewery's Brewery Committee Report. <br />(Nothing to Report) <br />VII.
