MARY JANE CHASE: I move to adjourn the meeting for an executive session. GERALD UJDAK: I second the motion. After due consideration, the following action was taken: Upon a motion by Mary Jane Chase, being seconded by Gerald Ujdak and carried unanimously, the meeting was adjourned into an executive session. VI. PERSONNEL RICHARD MORRISON: Based on the recommendations that we have received I move to hire -Karen Hammond -Nash as the Assistant Director for the Historic Preservation Commission. MARTHA CHOITZ: I second the motion. After due consideration, the following action was taken: Upon a motion by Richard Morrison, being seconded by Martha Choitz and carried unanimously, Karen Hammond -Nash was approved as the new Assistant Director. MARTHA CHOITZ: I move that Wayne Doolittle be hired as the inspector on a part time basis for the Historic Preservation Commission. MARY JANE CHASE: I second the motion. After due consideration, the following action was taken: Upon a motion by Martha Choitz, being seconded by Mary Jane Chase and carried unanimously, Wayne Doolittle was approved as the part-time inspector for the Historic Preservation Commission.
