V1. Regular Business <br />A. Approval of Minutes --March 1992 <br />Mr. Oxian called for corrections to the minutes, as <br />did Mrs. Sporleder. <br />Mrs. Choitz moved to accent the minutes. as corrected; <br />Mr-. Eide seconded the -motion. ADoroved unanimously. <br />B. Treasurer's Report --March 1992 <br />Mrs.'Sporledel- moved to acceot the Treasurer's reoort <br />as submitted; Mrs. Petrass seconded the motion. <br />Approved unanimously. <br />C. Correspondence <br />D. Committee Reports <br />la. Certificates of Appropriateness (Staff Approvals) <br />a. 1212 Lincolnway East--LHD <br />Mr. Pastor reported that the owner had <br />requested and received a COA to replace the <br />asphalt shingle roofing on the house. Mrs. <br />Choitz asked whether a staff report had been <br />prepared; Mr. Oxian said that, since only one <br />item had been staff -approved that month, no <br />staff report had been necessary. <br />1b. Certificates of Appropriateness (Update) <br />a. Riverside Drive--LHD <br />Mr. Pastor reminded the HPC of an existing <br />controversy, concerning an oval window, at this <br />nrr+-j ha Rlso apprised them of ;; npw C.04— <br />violation. The previous month, the HPC had <br />issued a COA for the installation of a <br />wrought -iron railing; the owners had installed <br />a pipe railing instead. The oval window had <br />not been removed. <br />Mr. Pastor reported sending a letter to the <br />owners March 25, parts of which he then read <br />aloud. The letter advised the owner of their <br />legal options, and given them 30 days to <br />appeal. <br />Mr. Holycross stated that no further <br />regarding either violation had <br />been received from the owners.
