FROM: Kathy Bard - Department of Code Enforcement <br />SUBJECT: 513 River Avenue <br />DATE: January 10, 1985 <br />On January 8, 1985 the Director of the Historic <br />Preservation Commission_Karen.;Kiemnec contacted <br />me concerning the property at 513 River Avenue <br />which. s`located in the.;Edgewater Place�`Historic <br />District. <br />An inspection of the property revealed that four (4) <br />windows were installed with new glass block, <br />without review by the Historic Preservation Commission. <br />No permit is required for this type of work by the <br />Department of Code Enforcement. <br />Please advise me as to the next step,Code Enforcement <br />should take in this case. <br />cc: Karen Kiemnec <br />i <br />
